On June 8, 2022, Xi Jinping — General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission — visited Yibin City, Sichuan Province. During the visit, he emphasized the importance of protecting the ecological environment of the Three Rivers region and expressed concern for the employment and entrepreneurship prospects of local university graduates.

Addressing the On-Site Recruitment Fair for Private Enterprises

At Yibin University, President Xi attended and inspected the on-site recruitment fair for private enterprises, engaging in discussions with teachers, students, and company representatives. Yingfa Deyao, alongside CATL and six other leading private enterprises, was invited to participate. Zhang Min, Chairman of Yibin Yingfa Deyao Technology Co., Ltd., was warmly greeted by President Xi and gave a brief introduction to the company's new energy photovoltaic project in Yibin and its recruitment initiatives.

Chairman Zhang Min expressed his resolve to uphold President Xi's guidance by integrating the value of "loving one's work" with the Group's mission of "diligence and perseverance to achieve dreams." She pledged to advance the new energy photovoltaic industry, actively contribute to the growth of Yibin's photovoltaic sector, and create more employment opportunities for the city.

Yibin Yingfa Deyao Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yingfa Group, is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells. Its 20GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell project, located in Gaojie Industrial Park, Xuzhou District, Yibin City, is one of the Group's flagship photovoltaic initiatives. With a total planned investment of RMB 11 billion, the project will be built in two phases. Phase I is scheduled to break ground on June 18, and upon completion is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB 10 billion, contribute RMB 400 million in taxes, and create approximately 1,800 jobs.

On June 9, 2022, Yibin Yingfa Deyao organized a company-wide viewing of the Xinwen Lianbo national news program to study President Xi Jinping's directives.
