Level | Scoring Range for Levels | Measures |
A | 90-100 points | Increase in purchase order volume, If a supplier is rated as A-level for four consecutive times, inspection requirements may be relaxed or waived. |
B | 80-89 points | Maintain regular procurement. |
C | 60-79 points | Maintain regular procurement and issue quality and delivery warnings to the supplier. Require the supplier to submit an improvement plan within 2 weeks and confirm the effectiveness of the corrective actions. |
D | Below 60 points | Reduce order volume or stop procurement, requiring the supplier to submit an improvement plan within 2 weeks and resolve major quality and delivery issues within 1 month. If the supplier does not cooperate (including insufficient process capability or serious defects in technical or quality capabilities) and no improvement is made after review, the supplier's qualification will be revoked. |
