If a supplier is involved in the following "zero tolerance issues" and poses significant compliance risks, Yingfa Group reserves the right to immediately suspend the process of onboarding new suppliers or terminate the cooperation with existing suppliers:

1、Environmental Compliance Failure: Failure to obtain required environmental permits or involvement in illegal discharge of "three wastes"

2、Health and Safety Violations: Presence of serious occupational health and safety hazards, or failure to complete mandatory procedures such as occupational health assessments, safety evaluations, and fire safety permits.

3、Labor Rights Violations: Involvement in the employment of child labor, forced labor, discriminatory practices, or failure to legally pay employee wages and benefits.

4、Lack of Business Integrity: Use of forged documents, significant records of dishonesty, or involvement in commercial bribery.

5、Supply Chain Violations: Unauthorized subcontracting or procurement of minerals from conflict-affected regions.
